Description
In this recipe, you can use any type of noodles, not necessarily glass noodles. Cherry tomatoes can be used. For a beautiful presentation, it's better to use tomatoes of different colors. Any spices can be used according to your taste. Fresh garlic can be used, just chop it finely.

- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Rice Noodles - 7.1 oz
- Dried onion powder - 1 tablespoon
- Herbes de Provence - 1 tablespoon
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
