Ingredients

  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Chives - 1 bunch
  • Toasted Sesame - 2 tablespoons
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Gnocchi - 17.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix garlic, herbs, chives, pine nuts, cheese, and lemon zest in a small bowl, season well with salt, add spices, then stir in olive oil and lemon juice. Set aside.

Step 2

Cook the gnocchi in a pot of salted boiling water according to the instructions. Then drain the water.

Step 3

Add the gnocchi to the prepared mixture. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese (optional).
