- Basil - 0.3 oz
- Stracchino cheese - 3.2 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 0.8 oz
- Sugar - 0.5 oz
- Potato - 14.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.8 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare potato gnocchi, you need to peel and boil the potatoes.
Step 2
Then dry and pass through a sieve.
Step 3
Knead the potatoes with flour and salt.
Step 4
From the resulting mixture, form gnocchi balls (you can roll the dough into ropes and cut them into slices), blanch in hot water, then cool in ice, and dry.
Step 5
To prepare the sauce, you need to sauté the peeled garlic in olive oil.
Step 6
Add the chopped cherry tomatoes.
Step 7
Add fresh tomato juice.
Step 8
Place the gnocchi on a plate, drizzle with sauce, and add basil.
Step 9
Before serving, add grated Parmesan cheese to the dish.

Top with stracciatella.
