  • Fig - 4 pieces

  • Goat cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Arugula - 3.5 oz
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Olive Oil - 6 teaspoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 2 spoons
  • White Pepper (whole) - to taste
  • Marinated cherries - 12 pieces
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 12 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the ham and lightly sauté it in a dry skillet.

Step 2

Slice the figs into wedges.

Step 3

Slice the onion into thin rings.

Step 4
