Ingredients
- French salad dressing - 8.1 oz
- Goose fat - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Bacon - 8 slices
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the bones and skin from the goose breasts. Cut into small pieces and transfer to a bowl. Pour in the Italian dressing, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 48 hours, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the onions into 4 parts and separate into individual pieces. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Also cut the bacon into pieces.
Step 4
On skewers, alternate threading bacon, pieces of goose breast, onion, and pepper.
Step 5
Place on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning until cooked through, basting with the remaining marinade.
