- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Turnips - 1 piece
- Fat - 3.5 oz

- Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the goose into pieces.
