Ingredients
- Chicken Liver - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - 3.5 oz
- Thyme - 0.2 oz
- Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Broth - 3 fl oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the dressing, dissolve the cornstarch in a small amount of cold water and pour it into boiling salted vegetable broth. Stir well. Let it cool and add apple cider vinegar, ground black pepper, and thyme.
Step 2
Boil the liver until semi-cooked and slice it.
Step 3
Sauté the onion until golden, then add the liver and fry together for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool.
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes and chop the lettuce leaves.
Step 5
Combine the liver with the onion, tomatoes, and lettuce. Add the dressing. Season with salt.
