- Honey - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Finely chop the leaves of thyme and oregano.
Step 3
Rinse the gooseberries, removing the stems and tails.
Step 4
Remove the seeds from the gooseberries: cut each berry and use the back of a pin to extract them.
Step 5
Pass the gooseberries through a meat grinder.
Step 6
Add thyme and oregano, honey, salt, and pepper.
Step 7
