Gorgonzola and pear pizza on puff pastry
Ingredients
- Non-yeast Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Pears - 2 pieces
- Gorgonzola Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Mozzarella Cheese for Pizza - 8.8 oz
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry into a round flatbread, no more than 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Place the mozzarella on the pastry in a random order.
Step 3
Layer thinly sliced pear on top of the mozzarella.
Step 4
Scatter broken pieces of gorgonzola and peeled walnuts on top, and lightly drizzle the pizza with olive oil.
Step 5
Place the pizza on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 392°F.
