Goulash with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Paprika - 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 20 fl oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large skillet, sauté the beef cut into thin strips for 2 minutes, then place the meat on a plate.
Step 2
In the same oil, sauté the quartered mushrooms for 2–3 minutes until browned, sprinkle the mushrooms with paprika, fry a little longer, add the peeled and chopped potatoes, broth, and tomato paste, mix, cover with a lid, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Combine with the meat, serve, adding 1 tablespoon of sour cream and finely chopped parsley to each plate.
