- Beef - 10.6 oz
- Prunes - 2.8 oz
- Onion - ¼ head
- Red Grape Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Basil - to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 8 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped onion and basil.
Step 2
Sauté the beef over high heat, reduce the heat, add prunes, and simmer, adding water or wine.
Step 3
Add tomato paste to the beef.
