Grain Pizza with Salami
Ingredients
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 2.6 oz
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Yogurt powder - 2 tablespoons
- Sparkling water - 2 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Baking Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Spicy salami - 3.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Thyme - ½ teaspoon
- Dried Chamomile - 1 teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough in the usual way, cover, and let it rest for 1 hour. Then roll out 2 flatbreads about 24 cm in diameter and place them in forms greased with olive oil.
Step 2
For the filling, peel and slice the onions into thin rings. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper.
Step 3
Wash the flesh, dry it, and cut it into small cubes. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, and cut them into 8 pieces.
Step 4
Evenly spread the pureed tomatoes on the pizza bases, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme seeds, and marjoram. Top with thinly sliced salami, pepper cubes, onion rings, and tomato wedges.
Step 5
Dry the cheese, slice it thinly, and place it on the pizza.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 356°F.
