Ingredients
- Lamb - 6.3 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 7.1 oz
- Courgette - 5.3 oz
- 10% cream - 2 fl oz
- Onion - 1.6 oz
- Mint - 0.4 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Oregano - 0.1 oz
- Sage - 0.1 oz
- Thyme - 0 oz
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Safflower Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and chop the potatoes into large pieces, boil the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes, drain the water, add butter and cream, and mash the potatoes into a puree.
Step 2
Cut the meat into large pieces and pass it through a meat grinder, or chop the minced meat by hand.
Step 3
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, sauté in vegetable oil over medium heat for 1.5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Step 4
Cut the zucchini into cubes and add to the onion and garlic, sauté for 1 minute, add the minced meat and fry over high heat, stirring, for another 3 minutes, grate the feta cheese.
Step 5
Mix half of the feta cheese with the minced meat, add oregano, thyme leaves, sage, and half of the mint, and place the minced meat in a baking dish, top with a layer of puree, and distribute the remaining feta over the puree.
Step 6
Bake the achi in a preheated oven at 482°F for 5 minutes, reduce the temperature to 356°F and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 7
Serve the achi on plates, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy.
