- Cottage cheese - 1.8 oz
- Pork Mince - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Onion - 8.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 0.1 oz
- Mustard Greens - 0.4 oz
- White bread - 1.4 oz
- Parsley - 0.1 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Carrot - 2.5 oz
- Chicken Broth - 3.5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 4.2 oz
- Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the pork, beef, onion (100 g), garlic, and bread soaked in milk through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Then add cottage cheese, chicken egg, sour cream (50 g), mustard, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste to the minced meat.
Step 3
Form meatballs, fry on all sides until semi-cooked, place in a baking dish, and pour over the prepared sauce.
Step 4
Sauté the onion (150 g), carrot, bell pepper, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Add chicken broth and sour cream (50 g). Simmer until cooked.
