  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
  • Milk - 12 fl oz
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Cream - 0 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Layer the prepared ground meat with tomato paste and thinly sliced eggplants, boiled for 3-4 minutes in water.

Step 2

Make a sauce from butter, flour, milk, and spices. Whisk the egg yolks with the cream and pour into the sauce. Mix well.

Step 3

Pour the sauce over the layered pie and bake at 356°F until golden brown.
