  • Cucumbers - 4.2 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 5.3 oz
  • Sweet Red Onion - 1.2 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2½ tablespoons
  • Dried Rosemary - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Ocean salt - a pinch
