- Chinese green beans - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Pitted olives - 1 can

- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

- Lemon - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a large salad bowl (to make it easier to mix all the ingredients).
Step 2
Cut the leaves of the Chinese cabbage into large squares, about 3x3 cm.

Roughly chop the leaves of the green lettuce and parsley.
Step 4
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 5
Cut the bell pepper into squares about 2x2 cm. (To make the salad look brighter, you can use bell peppers of different colors — red, orange, green).

Cut the tomatoes in half and then into large wedges. (You can use cherry tomatoes and cut them in half).
Step 7
Cut the feta cheese into medium cubes.
Step 8
Add the olives and black olives to the salad bowl.

Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle with the juice from half a lemon and olive oil.

Gently mix all the ingredients using two spatulas.
