  • Ramiro Pepper - 1.8 oz
  • Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
  • Spanish onions - 1.9 oz
  • Olive Oil - 3½ tablespoons
  • Italian chopped parsley - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
