Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Cucumbers - 10.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Feta cheese - 5.3 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 15 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 3 spoons
- Basil - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Romaine lettuce - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, chop the tomatoes and cucumbers, and place them in a large, deep bowl.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-moons.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into strips. Add it to the tomatoes and cucumbers.
Step 4
To assemble, place lettuce leaves and chopped vegetables at the bottom of the plate. Cut the cheese into cubes and simply place it on top of the vegetables along with the olives.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
