Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce - ½ pieces
- Spinach - 1 bunch
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Sweet Red Onion - ½ pieces
- Cucumbers - ½ pieces
- Sweet Pepper - ½ pieces
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 12 pieces
- Olive Oil - 3 spoons
- Marjoram - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the head of lettuce, young spinach leaves, and slice the tomato. Cut the cucumber lengthwise, then slice it thinly. Slice the sweet onion and sweet green pepper, removing the seeds, into rings. Cut the cheese into cubes and finely chop the green marjoram.
Step 2
Place the salad, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and bell pepper in a bowl. Top with cheese, olives, and sprinkle with marjoram.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
