  • Capers - 5 pieces
  • Spanish onions - 0,3 heads
  • Dill - to taste
  • Dried Rosemary - to taste
  • Sugar - 4.4 oz
  • Table vinegar - 4 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Marinate the onions in a mixture of sugar and vinegar. Let them sit for a couple of hours.

Step 2

Prepare the salad dressing: mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic oil, pepper, and salt.

Step 3

Peel the cucumbers. Cut them into pieces.

Step 4

Chop the tomatoes and bell pepper.

Step 5

Slice the bread and make crispy croutons from it.

Place the vegetables, croutons, olives, onion, dill, and oregano into a deep dish.
