  • Spanish onions - 2.1 oz
  • Mustard Greens - 1.4 oz
  • Corn Salad - 1.4 oz
  • Romaine lettuce - 1.4 oz
  • Cilantro - 0.4 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 5.6 oz
  • Capers - 1.4 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Orange juice concentrate - 10 fl oz
  • Soy Sauce - 2 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
  • Garlic - 0.4 oz
  • Grated Ginger Root - 0.9 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the tiger shrimp and sauté them in olive oil.

Step 2

Chop the vegetables and mix them with the greens and sautéed shrimp.

Step 3

Drizzle with part of the sauce, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.

Step 4

For the sauce, finely chop all the ingredients, mix them, and let them sit for 30 minutes.

Step 5
