- Feta cheese - 5 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - ½ l
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini.
Step 2
Chop the onion and herbs, then add them to the grated zucchini. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Add olive oil, eggs, and feta cheese to the mixture. Stir well, and if needed, add more salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour vegetable oil into the skillet and heat it. Shape round patties with wet hands and fry them in the hot vegetable oil.
