Green Bean and Pea Stew
Ingredients
- Frozen green bean pods - 7.1 oz
- Chinese green beans - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Toasted Sesame - 1½ tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) - ½ teaspoon
- Pistachios - 1 tablespoon
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat olive oil with a pinch of coarse salt in a skillet.
Step 2
Add the frozen green beans.
Step 3
After 3 minutes, add the peas and stir.
Step 4
After 1 minute, add chili powder and set to medium heat.
Step 5
Season with white pepper.
Step 6
Add black pepper. Stir.
Step 7
After 2–3 minutes, add sesame seeds.
Step 8
Drizzle with soy sauce and stir.
Step 9
After 2 minutes, add mayonnaise. Stir and remove from heat.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with pine nuts. Ready.
