Ingredients
- Chinese green beans - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Matsoni - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 0.1 oz
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared green bean pods into pieces, place them in boiling salted water, cook until done, and drain in a colander.
Step 2
Transfer the prepared beans to a pot, add the sautéed finely chopped onion, mix, cover with a lid, and place on low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Serve the beans sprinkled with parsley.
Step 4
Serve the matsoni with crushed garlic separately.
