  • Morels - 5.3 oz
  • Shallot - 2 pieces
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Herbs - 1.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 6 tablespoons
  • Vinegar essence - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the green beans in salted water, cool, and cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Chop the shallots and herbs.

Step 4
