Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Chinese green beans - 17.6 oz
- Artichoke bottoms - 2 pieces
- Foie Gras - 7.1 oz
- Black truffles - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the green beans in a large pot until they are tender. Rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Slice the mushroom caps thinly and drizzle with lemon juice. Also slice the artichokes. Cut the truffle into thin strips. Dice the foie gras.
Step 3
Place the artichokes on a plate, then layer the green beans on top, followed by the mushroom slices. Finish with the foie gras and truffles. Drizzle the salad with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
