Ingredients
- Chinese green beans - 7.1 oz
- Shallot - 5 pieces
- Shimeji mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Oyster Mushrooms - 2 tablespoons
- Corn Starch - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the green beans and trim the ends.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms from the root and wash them with cold water (do not soak).
Step 3
Peel the shallots and cut them in half lengthwise, chop the garlic coarsely.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a wok and stir-fry the green beans over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring.
Step 5
Add the shallots, garlic, and mushrooms, mix everything and stir-fry for another 5 minutes, then reduce the heat.
Step 6
Pour in the oyster sauce, add the cornstarch dissolved in cold water, and add 50 ml of hot boiled water, mix and simmer for another 5 minutes.
