- Chinese green beans - 10.6 oz
- Leek - 0,3 stalks
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 pieces
- Butter - 2 spoons
- Roasted Peanuts - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame bun - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Chili Flakes - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the leek into rings.
Step 2
Heat the butter in a skillet.
Step 3
Add chili pepper.
Step 4
Add the beans to the hot skillet.
Step 5
Finely chop the onion.
Step 6
Drizzle with lemon juice.

Stir and add the sunflower seeds.

Add sesame seeds. Mix well.

Add the leeks and onions.

After 5 minutes, stir and season with nutmeg. Lower the heat.
