Green Beans with Egg
Ingredients
- Onion - 2 heads
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Parsley - ½ bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the beans, trim the ends, and cut into small pieces. Cover with water and boil until cooked. Most of the water should evaporate.
Step 2
In a deep skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion. Add the cooked beans, reduce the heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Lightly beat the eggs. Pour the eggs over the beans. Do not stir. Cover with a lid and let it cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley on top.
