Green Beans with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
  • Chinese green beans - 14.1 oz
  • Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Spices - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the green beans in cool water, trim the ends, and cut into pieces 3–4 cm long.
