- Morels - 7.9 oz
- Chinese green beans - 15.9 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Pickled garlic - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5–6 minutes, or until the beans are tender and bright green.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms and olives (and 1 tablespoon of olive brine). Stir. Cook for another 2 minutes, or until tender.
Step 3
Serve the dish hot or chilled, garnished with green onion.
