Description
This is a versatile recipe; you can add ground meat or use zucchini instead of beans. If you prefer it thicker, let all the water evaporate, but keep in mind that it will thicken more as it sits. Before salting, taste the sour cream; if it is sour, use less salt.

- Carrot - 1 piece
- Fresh Champignon Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- 20% Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, add it to the skillet, and sauté lightly.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms and add them to the onion, sautéing together.
Step 3
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and add it to the mushrooms and onion.
Step 4
Add the beans to the skillet, let them thaw a bit, then mix everything, add a little salt, pour in some water, cover with a lid, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the lid, evaporate half of the water, and add the sour cream, mixing well. Keep it on the stove for another 5 minutes and then it's ready to serve.
