Ingredients
- Chinese green beans - 14.1 oz
- Frozen spinach discs - 3.5 oz
- Frozen White Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
- Garlic - 3 heads
- Soy Sauce - ½ glasses
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the green beans in a hot skillet with oil.
Step 2
After 3–4 minutes, stir and add the chopped spinach.
Step 3
Peel the garlic.
Step 4
Coarsely chop the garlic and add it to the vegetables in the skillet.
Step 5
Stir and season with a pepper blend.
Step 6
Pour in the soy sauce.
Step 7
Rinse the mussels under warm water.
Step 8
Add the mussels to the vegetables. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 9
Stir and cover with a lid. Cook for another 3 minutes.
