Ingredients
- Chinese green beans - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the green beans in salted water for 10–15 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Drain in a colander.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes for a few minutes.
Step 4
Peel the skin and dice them.
Step 5
Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan until golden brown.
Step 6
Add the diced tomatoes to the pan.

Add the finely chopped garlic.

Add salt.

Add ground black pepper to taste.

Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Add the chopped herbs.
