Ingredients

  • Frozen spinach discs - 10.6 oz
  • Arugula - 0.7 oz
  • Italian chopped parsley - 0.7 oz
  • Horseradish Leaves - 4.2 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 4.1 oz
  • Dry White Wine - 2½ tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the spinach in a sieve and squeeze out excess moisture.

Step 2

In a food processor, combine 0.25 cup of spinach, finely chopped arugula, and parsley. Blend well.

Step 3

Add mayonnaise, horseradish, wine, and lemon and lime juices. Mix well. Add more wine to taste. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a bowl.
