Ingredients
- Frozen spinach discs - 10.6 oz
- Arugula - 0.7 oz
- Italian chopped parsley - 0.7 oz
- Horseradish Leaves - 4.2 oz
- Mayonnaise - 4.1 oz
- Dry White Wine - 2½ tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the spinach in a sieve and squeeze out excess moisture.
Step 2
In a food processor, combine 0.25 cup of spinach, finely chopped arugula, and parsley. Blend well.
Step 3
Add mayonnaise, horseradish, wine, and lemon and lime juices. Mix well. Add more wine to taste. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a bowl.
