- Marinated cherries - 8.8 oz
- Arugula - 0.7 oz
- Corn Salad - 0.7 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - 0.7 oz
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens - ½ teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into quarters, removing the stem.
Step 2
Peel the carrot and grate it into long strips using a Korean grater.
Step 3
Wash the lettuces in a large bowl filled with water and drain in a colander. If the lettuce is large, tear it into pieces by hand.
Step 4
Prepare the dressing: in a small jar, combine olive oil, mustard, apple cider vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Close the jar with a lid and shake well. This will create a cloudy and thick vinaigrette dressing.
Step 5
Before serving, to prevent the tomatoes from leaking, drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan.
