This is a very simple recipe for a spring salad, where the sour cream can easily be replaced with mayonnaise based on aquafaba or any other sauce you prefer. The amount of vegetables can be adjusted to your taste, as well as the salt. Enjoy your meal!

- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Boil the eggs (add half a tablespoon of salt to prevent the eggs from cracking).

Chop the green onions.
Step 4
Place the chopped onions in a bowl.

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, then slice each half into several pieces.

Add the chopped cucumber pieces to the bowl with the onions.
