Green salad with avocado and olive dressing

Ingredients

  • Orange juice concentrate - 1 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Pitted olives - 2 fl oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Sugar - 0.2 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Spanish onions - ½ head
  • Romaine lettuce - ½ head

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the orange juice, olive oil, finely chopped olives, minced garlic, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 2

Peel the avocado and slice it thinly. Thinly slice the onion into half rings. Transfer to a bowl and mix with the vinaigrette.

Step 3

Separate the romaine into leaves and lightly tear or cut them. Arrange on plates. Top with the salad.
