Ingredients

  • Spinach - 1.1 oz
  • Mini vegetables - 1.1 oz
  • Arugula - 1.1 oz
  • Corn Salad - 1.1 oz
  • Pak choi salad - 1.1 oz
  • Avocado - 3.5 oz
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
  • Sunflower Seeds - 0.4 oz
  • Kung Pao Sauce - 1 fl oz
  • Tahini - 1.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Ponzu sauce - 0 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the avocado into thin slices and cut the sun-dried tomatoes into long strips.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine all types of salad greens, then top with slices of avocado and tomatoes. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, tahini, olive oil, and ponzu. Drizzle the dressing over the salad to taste and toss to combine.
