- Mini vegetables - 1.1 oz
- Arugula - 1.1 oz
- Corn Salad - 1.1 oz
- Pak choi salad - 1.1 oz
- Avocado - 3.5 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Sunflower Seeds - 0.4 oz
- Kung Pao Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Tahini - 1.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ponzu sauce - 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the avocado into thin slices and cut the sun-dried tomatoes into long strips.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine all types of salad greens, then top with slices of avocado and tomatoes. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, tahini, olive oil, and ponzu. Drizzle the dressing over the salad to taste and toss to combine.
