- Radicchio Salad - 4.2 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - 3.5 oz
- Merlot Grapes - 3.5 oz
- Adyghe cheese - 5.3 oz
- Pistachios - 1.8 oz
- Red Grape Juice - 7 fl oz
- Honey - 0.2 oz
- Cinnamon - 0.1 oz
- Cardamom - 0.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Arugula - 4.2 oz
- Marinated cherries - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Tear the lettuce leaves.
Step 2
Blanch the red grapes in hot water for 30 minutes, peel them, and remove the seeds if present.
Step 3
Make the wine dressing — bring the red wine to a boil. Reduce for 10–15 minutes.
Step 4
Add honey, cardamom, and cinnamon.
Step 5
Add the grapes to the wine dressing.
Step 6
Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden.
Step 7
Fry the Adyghe cheese in olive oil until golden brown. Remove excess fat with paper towels.
Step 8
Dress the lettuce leaves with olive oil.
Step 9
On a plate, place the Adyghe cheese, top with the lettuce leaves, marinated red grapes, drizzle with the wine dressing, and sprinkle with pine nuts.
