- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 17.6 oz
- Mixed salad greens - 7.1 oz
- Porcini Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Pistachios - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green Butter - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into strips. Sauté in vegetable oil, adding salt to taste. Place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Let cool slightly.
Step 2
Slice the porcini mushrooms thinner than the chicken strips. Sauté in vegetable oil. Place on a paper towel and let cool slightly.
Step 3
Arrange the mixed salad greens on a plate, drizzle with green oil, then top with pieces of chicken and sautéed porcini mushrooms. Sprinkle with salad leaves and drizzle with green oil again.
Step 4
Garnish with thin slices of tomato and sprinkle with pine nuts.
