- Dijon Mustard - ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Mixed salad greens - 4.9 oz

In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, mustard, sugar, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Stir until the sugar and salt dissolve. Then, while whisking, gradually add the oil until it begins to emulsify.
