Ingredients
- Mango - 1 piece
- Mixed salad greens - 8.8 oz
- French salad dressing - to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Tear the salad greens into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette (see note), reserving 1 tablespoon, and mix well. Divide among 6 plates.
Step 2
Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes. Transfer to the bowl.
Step 3
Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut it into cubes as well. Add it to the mango. Add the reserved tablespoon of dressing and mix well. Serve on top of the green salad immediately.
