Ingredients

  • Shallot - ½ piece
  • Grapeseed Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Dijon Mustard - 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Champagne Vinegar - 0 fl oz
  • White Balsamic Cream - 2 fl oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Pear - ½ piece
  • Mixed salad greens - 5.3 oz
  • Dried cranberries with sugar - 1.1 oz
  • Goat cheese - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a jar, combine finely chopped shallot, mustard, grapeseed oil, extra virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, sherry vinegar, salt, and pepper. Close the lid and shake well.

Step 2

In a bowl, toss the salad greens with the dressing and arrange on a plate. Top with thin slices of pear and sprinkle with cranberries and crumbled gorgonzola.
