- Pears - 2 pieces
- Mixed salad greens - 12 cups
- Roasted Peanuts - 3 tablespoons
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- French salad dressing - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens with 0.25 cups of vinaigrette (see note). Divide among 8 plates.
Step 2
Core the pears and cut them into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl and mix with the remaining vinaigrette. Arrange on the salad greens.
Step 3
Top with lightly chopped walnuts, shavings of Parmesan, and freshly ground black pepper.
