Description

Essentially, this is one of the variations of the same 'Spring Salad.' Instead of dill and onion, leafy greens are used, and the egg requires extra attention: the yolk is crumbled and mixed with sugar and lemon juice, while the white is simply grated.

Ingredients

  • Corn Salad - 7.1 oz
  • Radish - 9 pieces
  • Cucumbers - 3 pieces
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sour Cream - 2 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the egg hard.

Step 2

Chop the cucumbers and radishes finely, and tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces.

Step 3

Remove the yolk from the boiled egg and mash it with a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. Add lemon juice and mash again. Add sour cream and mix well.

Step 4

Grate the remaining egg white. Dress the salad with the dressing and sprinkle the grated egg white on top.
