Description
Essentially, this is one of the variations of the same 'Spring Salad.' Instead of dill and onion, leafy greens are used, and the egg requires extra attention: the yolk is crumbled and mixed with sugar and lemon juice, while the white is simply grated.

- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Boil the egg hard.
Step 2
Chop the cucumbers and radishes finely, and tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces.

Remove the yolk from the boiled egg and mash it with a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. Add lemon juice and mash again. Add sour cream and mix well.
