- Mixed salad greens - 1.8 oz
- Green Apples - 1.8 oz
- Young zucchini - 2.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Sunflower Seeds - 0.4 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 10 pieces
- Sweet Red Onion - 1.8 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 0.1 oz
- Honey - 0.1 oz
- Champagne Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Raspberry leaves - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dressing. Finely chop the white salad onion or blend it in a food processor using the pulse mode. Mix with 50 ml of olive oil, honey, wine vinegar, and raspberry vinegar. Stir everything thoroughly. This dressing will be enough for about 2 servings of salad.
Step 2
Place 70 grams of dressing in a deep plate. Tear the salad into pieces by hand and add it to the plate.
Step 3
Roast the seeds and let them cool while the salad is being prepared.
Step 4
Thinly slice the apple and add it to the bowl. Then, add a thin slice of zucchini. Sprinkle in the seeds.
Step 5
Drizzle the salad with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Blend two cranberries in a blender, then add the remaining ones to the salad. Sprinkle the salad with berry crumbs and serve.
