Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 10.6 oz
- Chili jam - ¼ cup
- Pimento - ¼ cup
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Pickled Cauliflower - 2.8 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Capers - 2 tablespoons
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Eel - 2 heads
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the egg hard in boiling water. Cool it under cold water and peel.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, finely chopped pimento, finely chopped egg, finely chopped cucumbers, Dijon mustard, capers, and finely chopped green onion. Season with salt and pepper. Add more hot sauce if necessary. Cover and chill.
Step 3
In a large bowl, place the lettuce leaves, drizzle with the dressing, and mix well.
