  • Celery stalk - 0.5 oz
  • Avocado - 0.7 oz
  • Green Peas - 0.4 oz
  • Zucchini - 1.1 oz
  • Bell pepper - 0.4 oz
  • Cucumbers - 1.1 oz
  • Snow Peas - 0.4 oz
  • Romaine lettuce - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the broccoli until tender, drain the water, and blend it.

Step 2

Add wasabi and soy sauce, then transfer to a siphon. The siphon makes the mousse airy.

Step 3
